Mono is a Bucharest-based interior design studio founded by Irina, a designer with a strong belief: that living spaces should reflect not just trends, but who we are and how we want to feel.
I was brought in to help lay the brand’s strategic foundation – from its brand core and voice to its customer segments, messaging, and positioning in the Romanian market. The goal was to articulate Mono’s unique perspective and transform it into a brand that feels as intentional as the spaces it designs.
