Over the past three years, I’ve worked on more than 20 brand projects, developing strategies for brands that aim for more than just reach – they aim to make a difference. From NGO rebrandings between Germany and Tanzania, to the brand management of Kelvin Jones, to brand developments for interior design studios, clinics, and even a business case for the Special Olympics World Games 2023 – I create positioning strategies, sharpen brand cores, and craft narratives and communication concepts that move people, create impact, and make brands truly different.

BIOGRAPHY

Niels Främke is a German-born Brand Strategist and Brand Manager with a B.A in Creative Business and a MiniMBA in Brand Management (By Mark Ritson). He began his strategic path at Busch Markenberatung, in Hamburg, where he worked across market analysis, positioning, campaign strategy, and creative execution for clients such as CDU (federal & state elections), das Stadtwerk Regensburg, and Die Welt. There, he learned the importance of data and the power of branding.

Afterwards, Niels began building his own frameworks, blending structured thinking with cultural insight and emotional storytelling. As co-founder of Studio Maller, he has since led over 20+ brand projects – from NGO rebrandings between Germany and Tanzania, to the personal brand management of Kelvin Jones, to strategic development for interior design studios, clinics, and purpose-driven startups.

His work focuses on uncovering brand cores, sharpening positioning, and shaping brand narratives that move people emotionally and strategically. Whether building campaigns, identities, or messaging systems – Niels combines strategic depth, cultural insight, and long-term brand thinking.
